By accessing the PARES platform you agree to these terms. Access is granted on a private, whitelist-only basis and may be revoked at our discretion.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful real estate brokerage and property management purposes, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

Platform features, including sign-in and purchasing, require approved whitelist status. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

PARES provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
